Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or playing Panda Hunt, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

License

Bearly Employed grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Panda Hunt for your personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms and Apple's standard licensed application end user agreement.

Ownership

Panda Hunt, including its code, artwork, music, characters, and all other content, is owned by Bearly Employed. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the app.

In-app purchases

Panda Hunt offers optional in-app purchases (such as gem packs) that are processed entirely through Apple's App Store. All purchases are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies. Bearly Employed does not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds - refund requests must go through Apple.

No warranty

Panda Hunt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs. Game progress is stored locally on your device, and we are not responsible for lost progress due to reinstallation, device changes, or other circumstances outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bearly Employed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Panda Hunt.

Conduct

You agree not to use Panda Hunt for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the app or interfere with other users' enjoyment of it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of Panda Hunt after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bearly Employed operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
