Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or playing Bearly All Fours, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

License

Bearly Employed grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Bearly All Fours for your personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms and Apple's standard licensed application end user agreement.

Ownership

Bearly All Fours, including its code, artwork, and all other content, is owned by Bearly Employed. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the app.

Multiplayer conduct

Bearly All Fours includes live multiplayer matches with other players. You agree not to harass, abuse, or engage in disruptive behavior toward other players, and not to use the app to cheat, exploit bugs, or manipulate matchmaking or stats.

In-app purchases

Any in-app purchases are processed entirely through Apple's App Store. All purchases are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies. Bearly Employed does not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds - refund requests must go through Apple.

No warranty

Bearly All Fours is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs, including with respect to multiplayer connectivity. We are not responsible for lost progress or stats due to reinstallation, device changes, or other circumstances outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bearly Employed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Bearly All Fours.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of Bearly All Fours after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bearly Employed operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
