Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using Bangla Bloom, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

License

Bearly Employed grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Bangla Bloom for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms and Apple's standard licensed application end user agreement.

Ownership

Bangla Bloom, including its code, lesson content, artwork, and all other content, is owned by Bearly Employed. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the app.

Educational use

Bangla Bloom is provided for educational and personal enrichment purposes. While we aim for accuracy in vocabulary, grammar, and pronunciation, we do not guarantee the content is error-free or suitable for formal or professional certification purposes.

In-app purchases

Any in-app purchases are processed entirely through Apple's App Store. All purchases are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies. Bearly Employed does not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds - refund requests must go through Apple.

No warranty

Bangla Bloom is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs. Your progress is stored locally on your device, and we are not responsible for lost progress due to reinstallation, device changes, or other circumstances outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bearly Employed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Bangla Bloom.

Conduct

You agree not to use Bangla Bloom for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of Bangla Bloom after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bearly Employed operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
